You’re eligible to apply for a small business incentive program through the National Institute of Economic and Social Research (NIESR). You will need a valid EITC ID and valid information about the company. A business applicant who qualifies for a small business incentive program can claim additional benefits with the NIESR. The cost of filing a form of the NIESR application is 20. The NIESR will be able to determine your need for a smaller business incentive program based on your need to complete an Individual Business Income (IB) report and a state tax return and provide you with your EITC identification number.

A group led by the University of Oregon’s Center for Education Policy and Public Affairs at the US Military Academy has successfully implemented a law allowing military service members and their families to vote on which members of their military families receive the benefits of state-funded medical insurance premiums on the basis of their gender.
The law, called the Oregon Health Insurance Act or OHA, requires all US military citizens and their dependents with respect to their coverage to receive annual (10-year) medical bills of 75.
The measure took effect on 5 January and has not yet been signed into law, which would keep the program from beginning as early as 2018. The Department of Defense (DoD) recently released a statement on its website that said the law is an essential component of the nation’s robust military strategy.

The US Army, which carries out the military’s health care and social care, has been in effect since 2005 and can only operate with its own program of Medicaid and Medicare. In 2009 the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) awarded the program over 25 million dollars (46 million) for a total of over 14,000 services. In 2015 the US Congress was given the authority to continue the program for the next four years, if needed. Under the Obama administration, the Department of Health and Human Services has said that, in the next year or two, its ability to continue to operate OHA as established under Section 10(g) of the healthcare law would be eliminated.
