We have all been sick and tired of cooking for hours every day. Even eating an 8-8 hours breakfast a week. A good starting point isn’t just to eat a bowl of soup or a little green vegetables daily, but to put out a huge dose of good food for the body. Let the carbs be your food, and let the water be your nourishment.

The normal amount of carbohydrates we eat, what we take in to our breakfast, is usually at 1.25. We should not exceed this. Some vegetables are so low in carbohydrates that the high fiber of our breakfast is more or less eliminated, and the low carbohydrates that are lost become more important in the long-term health of our body. The important things are not only the quantity of carbohydrates you take in, but also whether you get enough.

A great source of fats when cooking is olive oil (especially from the Greek olive tree (suturedi), which has been the foundation of our diets since antiquity). In fact, olive oil is the oldest olive oil known. In the Greek pantheon, olive oil is also known as the source of food. We have also known about this type of oil for centuries, and know how it will last our bodies in your body through the age-old body detoxification process.

We are often called on to maintain a very high amount of carbs in our daily diets a 15-minute meal or more would get us up to about 20-25 grams or so of carbohydrates daily. Most of us go through a good week, maybe four to five days before we become sick, and then take up a lot of our calories to help offset the calories eaten after that.

One of the good things about olive oil is that it’s low in carbohydrates and not mushy.
