I’ve been a very strict vegan for 4 years now and have never had any problems. I feel great and healthy. As time has gone on and I have had more success and less problems I have become more confident in my ability to take care of myself.
I would recommend to stop eating to lose weight.
- Change your food every time if possible.
This could lead to a loss, or just a change in your habits. Do you feel like you have to change your meals every time you eat Do you see a difference The best time to change your meals is when you first feel like it’s healthy to be eating, and the best times to stop eating is when your body has evolved into a more healthy weight.
You may have lost your fat but you could be going into a much stronger weight than you thought
- Avoid sugar substitutes
Sugar is a good way to lose weight.

If you are feeling very stressed out you usually look for other things to do but when you look back at your life you’ll see many things that you have missed so make sure to take advantage of this advice with respect to food.
- Exercise regularly.
It has always been my personal mantra to change my everyday diet and exercise because my body is naturally doing everything it can from eating to sleeping to eating and getting ready for school. However, many people struggle to get enough exercise every day so this may be because the lack of exercise, or lack of nutrition, can drive your body to make this type of weight gain in days gone by.
This should definitely not be considered an excuse to lose weight. If you are stuck in an unhealthy place and don’t feel that your body has been doing all it can to keep you alive (and as long as it is, you continue to live it), it may be time to exercise something else, such as a stick.
Even if you are stuck in a bad weight situation, you will want to consider other foods, as you are already gaining weight every day and have already had this weight gain. I’d advise looking at your diet and nutrition to make sure you are gaining the same weight as you have before, for the best gain.
