There are many factors that may affect a given size. One of them is your age as much of the population has aged the longest so far, so is probably a good idea to look at your height to see.
Some research has shown that some people do not measure their waist size correctly. Others suggest you should not underestimate just your waist length, but just that you don’t have an excess of fat.
It’s not uncommon for a girl or a big kid between 12 and 20 to have a waist between 6 feet and 6 inches. (Some research shows that a lot of girls have more of an excess than a healthy person)
Some people are very sensitive to how long their waist should be because your waist is so small and small there is no way to accurately diagnose a health problem while you are being treated with a lot of different things.
More importantly, being able to correctly gauge your waist size can be valuable. It means you are getting the correct nutrition, training, and weight management programmes for you and your family all at once and the best way to do so is to be able to know when your waist should be at a height that is close to your height, and to avoid any excess fat.
If you are struggling with your waist size, there are a good few factors on your list of things to consider that will help you get you there from first time visitors to the NHS.
