Well, this will probably be some of the most important conversations in your life. The new diet I want to talk about is called the Food Caffeine Scale. It is a test that gives you a score. It’s supposed to make you feel good. And I like the idea of getting you to take a test for it. The whole idea is that you want to avoid things that you would normally avoid, like sugar, saturated fat, and sugar-sweetened drinks. I’ve been using a very simple and effective test called the Blood Alcohol Concentration test, called the ‘Caffeine Test’.
