What is the difference between ‘Cultivate’ and ‘Paint In’ colors

Cultivate

Cultivate is a type of painting, but is not very expensive. It’s a great choice for children who wish to use a light bulb in their painting, or for children who want to paint one over and over. It’s a beautiful example of how to use one’s light bulb.
