Yes it is For those of you who own a smartphone, there seems to be a new feature available. The only difference is, it will not pay you your fees or charge you any fees whatsoever. Simply set up a prepaid credit card, create the app using any one of several services, then click on ‘Credit Cards Fees’ next to your existing card.
What’s your experience with this update
My experience with this update varies. Some apps in Android O seem a little bit more flexible, without breaking the bank or adding additional functionality for more users. I also tried using this update with a Windows Phone 8 device with no problems.
Other versions of this update have been very buggy. I’ve reported any issues of this update to the Google Play developer and has included a link when that’s available (click, hold, and wait for the link to show up). Don’t panic though Please don’t let your app have too much downtime or you could find it difficult to use.

No, there is no Google Play Version for this update. The Google Play version for Android has not been updated in quite a while, however we’re sure it will be updated eventually.
If you’re not running version 7.0 of this app, the most recent versions will support it. This update will come with many updates that are more popular and easier to use.
If you decide to continue using the version that comes with this update, please make sure to download and install the latest updates as described above (see the next section for details). Remember that if you’re running a newer version of Google Play, make sure to use the latest version when building your app. If this is your first time running apps that are on Android 6.0 Nougat, don’t forget that you’ll receive several different versions.
