DHHS is the health department of HHS that serves, in part, all states and other federal entities, and is tasked with making sure all persons are covered by the law and complying with applicable requirements. HHS is not a private person or entity, and cannot engage in lobbying for or against any public benefit or entity. HHS is mandated to comply with a number of regulations to comply with certain regulations and regulations issued under section 10 of Part II of the Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (49 U.S.C. 2717) as well as other Federal and State laws and policies, including federal regulations required by Article 1 of the Act (42 U.S.C. 3307 1), including the requirements of the National Health Education Program under the federal Stafford Act and other Federal and State legislation on preventive, therapeutic and health care access requirements under the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
