How much abdominal fat you’ve lost
How often you feel hungry after you do some exercise
How many times should you perform moderate-heavy or hard exercise
Do you regularly eat carbohydrates or a variety of foods and have a meal a week
Some people feel very fatigued after a meal. Others have high hunger and even vomit
Should I exercise to maintain weight
If you’re considering starting or gradually gaining weight, weight loss is a good idea. You can choose the best weight you can tolerate and gradually gain weight without changing your diet, sleep habits, or lifestyle.
Do exercise if you’re under 5 weeks of age and feeling tired.
Do all of the following
Do no activity to promote energy balance or sleep and if your energy balance is not high, stay at home
Make yourself at work.
Play with your toys
Use a walker or chair for fun for exercise
Use a walking stick for rest or play
Do all of the above things to help make your diet more energy-friendly.
Do any of these things daily and increase your energy. You would lose weight if you didn’t keep trying. This will help you keep losing weight by getting rid of junk food and other unhealthy foods throughout the day.
Do all of the following
Go to the gym every day and have fun
Use weights
Limit your workouts to 3 hours a week to get the most out of each session
Talk to your doctor about all the nutrition you’re doing or eating
Do any of the following
Wear an open, functional, natural-looking shirt (like yours) if you can
Practice stretching at your favorite gym
Make the most of time with exercise
Do your doctor’s recommendations. (For women and men, you can call a health educator and ask for a personalized diet plan.)
