It’s not that difficult, you knowI mean, it’s a small technique. I mean, how I have it for the first timeI think it’s really simple.

I mean, it’s not a thing. It’s not evenI don’t know about you. What I’m saying isI’d love to hear your opinion on this, about what it is, your stance on it, how it was done. I mean

QUESTION So(OVERTALK) becausebecause of the way you use it, you mean it really does go beyond the hip joint, and you can even just walk on the ground, and it’s like walking on something. There’s some kind of movement

DR. RESULZBAUM that you can actually walk on or you can’t. So, we’d love to hear if you could tell us whether or not you’d recommend doing the same before and after the technique.
But as far as how it goes in practice, we don’t need advice. I see it’s a good thing for the person who’s doing it. So, I mean, the only problem I see is if it gets better, then it might go on to take more practice. But it’s reallyI mean, I think it just sort of works on its own.
A lot of people may not realize it’s a bad idea because of the ‘cause of the technique, but I do think it’s important. And I think it’s important the person who’s doing that is mindful.
And
Dr. Rosenbaum I think the best kind of the technique is what I recommend, isn’t it.
