Myth 3 Eating fewer calories in a day is bad for you.

Some people claim that if you are overweight or obese it would hurt their health. They’re wrong.

To put it bluntly, if your body does make you feel weak and hungry, then eating less calories in one day is not good for you.

Myth 4 Eating too much can lead to heart disease.

People claim that if they go into a meal without too much carb or sugar, they’re getting heart disease. However, these people are making a mistake. There will not be any heart disease in the first 5 minutes after consuming them.
