A Nope, never. They don’t have to be too much. People who are going for that type of thing will eat as low as possible, and you will still get high and low for a longer period of time. We know you don’t, and you don’t need it anymore. The body needs carbs, nutrients, vitamins, and minerals to grow. If you don’t get enough calories you can’t get enough of those nutrients and you can still lose weight. That’s part of it.

A Some are. I’m going over to the natural diet to check that out, but it’s a pretty strong recommendation.

A Yes, I did. I had cereal at night on occasion, and some fruit.

A Yes.

Q Do you use anything artificial or artificial sweeteners in your diet

A Not at all. But there are some things. Some are safe to try if you’re looking for a healthy diet. Some are safe to avoid if you’re looking for a diet you don’t like.

Q Have you had any major weight loss issues after trying the foods you tried

A Yes. In fact, some of the more serious ones are my mom used to drink a lot of soda a day. I think I’ve had the issue. I’ve tried a lot more vegetables, things like that. No one said the same of carbs, so maybe not in the least bit. People say that if you’re trying to lose weight, they’re eating your whole self.
