I like to add more protein, just because the calorie counts are higher over my meal that day, and so eating protein over the day helps.
I can usually get my diet to look like this, but in some circumstances I can use some protein, like in the morning and in the evening.

I also like healthy fats and protein, as the calorie counts for them are so low.
What is a healthy dose of red meat
Red meat is one of the best sources of fiber I’ve ever tried. I can eat lots of these in the evening to get the most out of each meal.
Do you prefer fresh fruits for the day
We use green vegetables every day, mostly leafy greens. If you have kale, you might prefer your greens.
How many servings of fruit can I consume the next day
I have many ideas for how to consume foods with the same calories. I hope that more people have made these changes.
Do you eat more protein in your meals
That depends on how you make them, but in an ideal world, protein would be enough to last you long enough to keep you healthy. In most cases I only serve protein to keep me alive for 3 months. If I’m eating too much protein and I’m not in healthy eating habits, then I’d want to have less protein in my meals.
Do you use white and green vegetables
I sometimes buy whole or mixed greens that contain red or yellow vegetables for my day. I also like to try to mix each of these with fresh vegetables. I buy organic and all-natural veggies because they are really good for your eyes and are a healthy source of amino acids too.
How many fruits do you have on hand
We use spinach.
Are you making yogurt
I don’t really use a lot of yogurt. Usually when I do I try to pick up some for it, and make some of it white. I usually add a little at night, so
