I’m not eating too much I’m not consuming too much because of my unhealthy diet habits I’m eating a low calorie diet because that way I will lose muscle and lose fat. I like to use a food prep kit to prepare food that is low in carbohydrates and high in protein. When I eat enough I will keep lean and lose fat. I will never get lean (no matter if my carb intake is not low). I will eat plenty of veggies and fruits to satisfy my diet. I will not eat too much sodium because I want to keep my potassium and sodium in excess. I also never stop exercising due to my unhealthy diet habits.
I’ve tried my new diet. I eat a low calorie diet because I think I’ll feel better over time and I never feel tired. I do not feel tired for a long time despite the diet.
