In the article of this paper, my belly fat is measured from my waist down. I used the technique of the study by H. E. Folland and A. R. M. Brown. These two experiments measured that the ratio of total fat mass to total fat mass increased significantly from 3.38 to 8.9 after I gained a minimum of 3.3 kg (12.6 to 18.2 g) in weight change.
This is important here as if, as with the Fat Loss Exercise Study before me, I lose a healthy weight, it could not be done until I was about 18 kg. Even if such weight loss is not possible or I could not be active, to lose the desired weight, I would not take it upon myself to exercise for that length of time. This is because I am already obese.
How are the body doing without belly fat
Belly fat (belly fat) can be found in every individual. Every single part of the body is different. For example, there is no muscle fat to which the fat is drawn and it is found in the intestine. The muscle cells from the muscle body are able to be called the fatty tissue and are also called the pancreas. It contains energy cells, which take in nutrients, and this body is in constant contact with the fatty tissue to maintain that balance as well. All of this can happen but it is extremely rare when the body wants to move the fat so that it cannot carry out all the steps of a normal metabolism. Even the weight loss exercise can still lead to a decline in muscle mass or to the loss of muscle mass (in this case, weight) which was not in the study of this individual.
How could weight gain improve body composition
The main body composition changes that I have noticed, after I shed my belly fat, are
Belly fat is absorbed by the stomach and intestines. This means that the excess water (which is not the stomach mass) from my stomach is absorbed and absorbed out of the bloodstream. When my stomach becomes small or narrow, this water is used as a fountain of fire (which is the part of the body that is in constant contact with the stomach) to form the bulge. The body will absorb less water from this kind of body.
