2.5. Start lifting.
If you are into doing a ton of jerking you’re not going to want to start there. Instead I recommend starting out with an over-the-shoulder shrug. If you are really lucky and want to lose half of your arm fat you should pull on this one, that’s something you should focus on as much as possible.
2.6. Over-the-biceps grip lifts
You know this is super common, so you have to start thinking about the different types. If you have a hard time getting used to lifting over-the-biceps then you can use this one, and have a fun time
This one has a lot of negatives, mostly that the over-the-biceps grip will take a beating
