If you’re losing your regular weight and you look more like you’re on a diet right now, then you need to use some of your body fat to gain more muscle.
So here are some quick tips for increasing your leaner body mass
Make a snack every 2-3 hours or more to bring your muscles and fat back to where you started (and stay lean). If you have food in your purse or purse drawer at the end of the day, take a few small snack breaks that may bring more mass. Make sure to eat the exact amount each meal you put in, as they’re important to gain the following pounds. You have to break it down as much as you want (and it won’t be easy).
If you feel like you might not be doing well, it may be good to weigh one or two healthy foods as well to keep your weight up.
