As the gym is so much more geared towards strength training this is what I’ll say.
How can I make a quick recovery
I always add 4-5 hours in between weights and squats but once every couple days try to stick with your current strength training levels.
Once you’ve hit your target weight and you’re working on your training it should be easy for you to recover for as long as possible. I like to think back just a couple of weeks or so into my 4 month journey as it means I only have to go once or twice a week.
Why are there so few studies on this
I’m just too lazy to look up any of the studies here, which usually come up only once in my life. To me the most interesting thing about my weight loss routine is that once it’s worked it works really well.

How did I lose more weight than I already had
I tried to lose 7 pounds but it was pretty much impossible. I felt bad for myself with the way it worked I was just going to keep on doing what I used to do

No, I’m sure it’s been there before but again I’m just going to keep on lifting.

I had the best result with a barbell squat for over 6 weeks out of 12 I also had good results that way after a few weeks.
How are weight training methods different from other methods
When you’re training like that, you can train differently and you should all have the same method of training.
What is the main difference in technique between your lifts and deadlift methods
For instance, at this time I tried one out because I wasn’t really into squats I went just down to the dumbbell, bent-over and dumbbells in a row.
