You need to be able to submit an application using the Department of Health Grants website which is free to download.
If you have not received a government grant application, then you need to submit your application in English. You will need three things
Your name.
Your home address and zip code.
Your address and zip code for proof of insurance under your state or territory insurance (if you have insurance in your local state or territory).
Your email address, as shown on the right.

The most important part of National Development’s role is ensuring that projects funded from the Government Grants Scheme are completed by state or local employees, with the help of private contractors in their respective departments.
What does it look like after the funds are applied
There are various steps the government can take to ensure it is done correctly by government. However, most state and local authorities will provide you with notice by email within seven days of your application - so you will have time to comply and complete it yourself.
