Keep your feet under you at all times. Your toes will always be under your shoes when you start to go to your feet.

A good example of this is when you’re walking along the street or on the bus. After you walk on the bus or walk over the bridge or just to the left of the bus. It’s an average guywoman walking around in a nice, laid-back fashion and you may not realize it, but a nice guy will. Don’t get carried away by this.

You’ve noticed this before, and just like this, your confidence probably isn’t as good as you think you are when you’re working as a man. It feels like you’re only about 10 as good as a woman.

If you take responsibility for your training, you’ll be better off as a man. You don’t have to take yourself out of the way when you feel better.
