It didn’t help that I don’t feel too great about myself, especially when trying to stay on the cutting edge. I’ve been pretty thin for awhile, but I never feel too strong or stressed about my food intake to be in a good situation. This didn’t effect my eating or weight loss. So it’s just an exercise for my body.
So why is that Because I always keep food in the fridge after I cut it down to a certain amount and it’s delicious and tasty.
But you know what else I want to throw at you A good cold turkey and maybe some eggs.
I love it too.
And I’ll never forget how much that cold turkey did for me. I think if I could, I could have even more
