How do people who are too fat and skinny become obese
In the short term, it’s going to be pretty complicated to figure out some of those issues that are already happening. But many of the problems that are already happening such as obesity and osteoporosis can be averted by eating more vegetable oils or by changing foods to avoid the added sugars and sugar found in refined products.
