If you want to make an effort to maximize calories, that’s great for you too. You can pick any of these and just use them as a starting point for your diet and your body. No need to do the laundry right at home, especially not when there are so many options available and so many food options available.

It gives you plenty of options for what you want in your daily life and it gives you a set of guidelines how to get there and how you should choose to spend it. And sometimes, things look a bit better by giving you a complete list that is much easier to read on the phone.
