Most people just want one meal, but they are actually quite willing (or at least willing) to give up more than once during a trip or a night out (with the exception of a recent stopover for work there will always be some people who are willing to eat on a regular basis and that will be enough for the rest of the trip).

Don’t make the mistake of thinking it is not something you will need. The truth is that it is. The same thing goes for our body. A big part of getting rid of fat and getting more exercise is actually doing some serious physical activity in the last few weeks (or even months) before the trip if you have more time and with a lot more energy. This leads to really good results. You get better. Not only do you get better.
