There are three ways to tell how much weight you will need from your belly fat. Once you know that your belly fat needs are really low, your body may be ready to move on to the next step.

As you can see from my above picture, if you are overweight then your belly fat will not start to burn as quickly as it needs to. Your body will start burning more when you start eating more calories. This is in addition to all the rest of the body that cannot be properly burned.

What’s worse, your body will start feeling less energy for that amount of weight. We know that by the time we’re done with our new diet or exercise regimen your body actually has to burn more calories because it needs energy to process the stored energy.

And that means there are more calories to burn than you’re burning for every ounce of stomach fat in your body. That means eating less weight and less calories is an overall better way to help boost muscle mass and avoid obesity.
