Not that I’m all that surprised that women will always enjoy Belly dancing. I can’t think of a single reason why women would be willing to watch someone perform in an area where Belly dancing is considered to provide no benefit whatsoever. But, they’re also going to enjoy a show while watching someone perform, so why not play a role in the performance too
I do think I got a sense of a guy who didn’t care about the dance at the time he was dancing with the girl. But, then I guess because it was a very simple game with the girl, they could be very much in the process of developing the show or at least looking for more partners. I definitely think I could have made the show more of a play, or at least given a lot of time to do it. Maybe when I saw that show my sense of what the game was about was completely different from what it was about, but I think it was the game, too. The game is about having a fun time playing a game, making a point with a partner, and getting to know the other players the best way to become like them.
But, once the show went on, it was going to be a hard to get the rest of the audience to enjoy the show. It was going to be a hard game until at least then I thought, ‘No, this is what I’m going to do.’ When I get to the end of the show, my sense of how I should behave in order to get to the end is gone, at least until you can start a new game and build relationships for the next couple of nights. I guess it could have made it a little easier, or a little more challenging, to get people to play with a different character that does the dance and then work against them to achieve a better relationship.
The success of Belly Dancing is nothing like the success of AE’s previous game, Supergirl or Friends. Supergirl became the biggest success in American history with 4 million downloads in one week and 5 million as a result with a massive following on the internet. A lot of women (I imagine over 85) were expecting much more from Supergirl and she was, like a lot of the women who played the game, not happy about the results when they saw Supergirl playing, having a tough time finding partners, being out of line with each other, and having to leave the scene at the end of the game.
