There is no direct evidence that pet shops make money from selling animal products or from selling them. No one from Australia has seen any reports whatsoever from the animals and their owners. The only people who say they have seen animal products being sold in pet shops are Petco and the Australian Meat Producers Association. None of the Petco animals have experienced any problems with their pet products or of course nobody has ever bought any of the animal products from the pet store. However, the pet store’s customers usually get a referral or letter from the Australian Government on behalf of a pet store from which the shop sells a supply of Petco products and which, in turn, sells a supply of Petco dogs and cats to its customers.
Who are the animal welfare laws in Australia
It seems that animal welfare laws in Australia are very specific. One of the main things that I noticed is that the animal welfare laws are very selective in their rules. There are several issues with the animal welfare legislation it seems.
- The rules
Animal welfare is a matter of personal choice, but there are many areas where they could change. The Animal Welfare Act 2002 can make an issue very difficult. The Animal Welfare Regulations 2001 also have very detailed rules for any type of animal or animal cruelty. This might seem like a complicated document compared to the basic standards that make up a human being’s life under the law, but it is quite intuitive in that animal welfare legislation is far more complex.
If we can identify a problem that’s being raised that we see on the Internet on a wide range of animal-related articles and forums, then we’re all pretty well on our way to getting things covered. That may make it worthwhile to go beyond what the Animal Welfare Regulations says.
There is one very important exception to the basic rules. There is a statute that the Australian Human Rights Commission has introduced that deals with animal care, and a human rights tribunal made up of representatives of all Australia’s animal welfare stakeholders has set up to review and make recommendations on animal welfare legislation. If we want to make that change that has a great impact on our animals, we must be clear about the way that it applies.
- The guidelines
It is quite clear that human rights law makes it very clear that any act that is done in contravention of human rights is prohibited. If an animal is being brought under international human rights law to be abused he or she is not a human person no person can be used
