I don’t make a lot of money in any type of exercise. The only money I do make is my own money and if I work out, I don’t eat. My body is designed with that in mind. But I’d rather work out than get a workout. I don’t need to.
What are some things you’re passionate about when building up a personal fitness program
I’ve done fitness for years, and just as importantly it keeps me motivated to learn new things every day. Some have been very helpful and some have had my back as much as I’ve wanted to back. It’s just my life doing what I love. It’s not a big business. The only way I get a kick out of doing this is by not taking what I have.
That said, I’m an avid athlete, so I love to go out and get hot, eat good, and do the things that make me happy. I think the most important thing to know is that if you get that, then you know you’ve got your body in good shape.
The things I like best are not food or exercise, but rather
Walking.
Climbing.
Doing all of these things.
Doing the things that I love making.
Taking care of myself.
Doing everything within my power to make health and happiness a little better.
It will get a little harder if I just stay focused. There’s something very refreshing about going to the gym or doing anything I love at my own pace. But that can come with a little bit of weight. If you can keep your focus, that’s something you’ll find amazing.
What are some hobbies that you absolutely adore
I love to cook.
What’s your favorite dish and why
To make me feel good about myself. I’ve always been very self-deprecating when I went to and from the gym, so I like to make things good. It’s what keeps me motivated and fun.
The most popular thing is taking what I’m learning to the next level. For instance, I’m not going to cook all the time. I think when things start to get better with your diet and training program, it’ll work, and you can get the results you want. I’m also always looking for ways that make me feel happier and stronger when I can do what I want to do.
