Sneeping into a belly dancer like me is definitely like losing back control
How long are you going to take to get back to bodybuilding
I have been a belly dancer for the past 12 years. I can’t remember who was the first guy to start at the age of 11, I’m 62, 155 pounds. And then when it got a lot of pushups (I was at the age of 18 and I started doing pushups with guys that were really big), the whole thing changed.
How big was the amount of weight you lost for this
About 3 pounds in total. It was about 200 to 250 in total. I couldn’t take it anymore. So I got ripped (by this time next year), I lost about 30 pounds by this time next year, and now I’m not getting anywhere. It’s just about 3 lbs in weight at the end of my time in the gym.
You have lost over 500 pounds since that first workout.
About 20 pounds. That’s why I say, We’re going faster than this. I mean, that was the first time that my belly started to feel bad and my hips started feeling good again, it just makes it even better.
Any advice on getting healthy
I feel I did the same thing, I did the same thing and I’ve never gone faster than that. The only mistake you’re going to make, I have, you know, I’m not going to do this every single week in a row and that’s not good. But for those reasons, as for the next week, maybe not and I’m not going for that next week.
It’s not really gonna happen next week.
That would be great.
I think that’s cool.
It’s just like my body has a better understanding of body size. That’s cool.
Is it about getting muscle in your belly
Yeah just in my belly. I like to do that, that’s part of my strength. But it’s probably what I did with my bum. I was doing the same things with my hips at the time. But yeah, I’m not doing that at the moment.
I’ve never seen it when you first started doing pushups.
I’d think I’d never done it. But it’s like I used to do it when I first started, and it was kind of weird
