I don’t know. My mom would only pick up things and she told me not to buy anything. I think I do really good and so I can get to art school in a year or so. I have never been out studying and I don’t want to do it all at once as an art student. What I like it about is that I can do just about anything.
It’s your first time in LA with a bunch of people, how did everything go
I went away with all the guys and I spent three weeks in my apartment all day long. I was pretty nervous about it. Everybody was super chill so I don’t think I ever went out alone. I stayed in the studio all day while everyone was talking about everything. It was really nice.
I really want to work on a book. It’s coming out the next few years. I am really proud of it so far. The story line doesn’t go in very many directions. I was born in California, I went to school in Toronto, I went to school in New York or Los Angeles and I did my best work in California. It’s really inspiring to see people with that passion so much in such a small town. It’s just so exciting to be in the industry because now it’s hard to find work in a city like LA and people are going to want to be there. They’ve got to have a place to be.
Are there any other major projects
This is my first big project. I still need to find new work. It’s a really special, crazy story, it’s been done once before but this time the work is bigger, it’s more exciting.
You’ve been featured in a big, weird, scary film, and do you have any tips on how to avoid that
Sometimes people will call you a big bad. They don’t think you’ve done something really terrifying. I’ve had some really great moments, some really cool times but it’s also a really cool story.
What is your future in the entertainment business
I’m very excited.
What sort of projects are you working on next
I have a new album scheduled out sometime before this year but it’s just not set in stone yet. There is a whole lot of shit going on, I’m very busy so I don’t have much time.
