No. I’m just a painter because my passion in painting is the painting and the book. I have no interest in doing this work. It’s my life and it’s my desire to do this work, and that’s what I have to focus on. I love this world, but I have to do art. I don’t understand my role if I don’t draw.
Did you have any other kids before you started the show
Yes, but it wasn’t until I was 12 and 11. It was when I was 13, 15 and 16, when I thought, These are my kids I don’t want to do this at this time of day. I was 14.
What do you want people to see when they come
I want people to see this world. I think it’s wonderful and I think it’s an amazing story that all of us have written about. But I don’t know, I’m a huge fan of comic books. I don’t want people to read about the world that I’ve created because the world I’m writing about is very important to my own life. Maybe I’m making the world even more important. But people will see that if I tell the story.
Does it make you want to do more
I’m trying to do some things, and more than that I do more things and things are starting to happen. You never know. I’ve done some of the things over. I’ve done some of the things I’ve dreamed up and realized the time has come. I’ve been busy working on some other things. I don’t want to say much, but I’m trying to be more than busy.
Do you have any questions in this documentary
I love the way that people portray what happens when you start working on this book and there’s a lot of interesting stuff going on. It’s great to watch people, but I find it a little disturbing and it’s something that I’m trying to wrap my head around as often as I can.
What was your inspiration for painting
I think people really believe that it’s something unique or unique that makes up the whole. I can say I loved painting the Great Wall of China, but those paintings aren
