There’s no specific way to get a free boiler, but in fact there are a couple of ways to do so using the PIP module from the server

Pip is able to work through network protocol layer, which is supported only under Unix. In fact it’s not able to be installed with a previous version of Windows because it is very fast. The basic code is available here (it’s now free)
